A trying rapper is confronting charges after he purportedly fled an eatery without paying his weighty bill – then kept running into the sea, where he was sought after by police on fly skis.
As per neighborhood reports Terry Peck, 33, kept running up a tab of A$621 (£375) at the Omeros Bros Seafood Restaurant on Australia’s Gold Coast on Sunday evening. He is accepted to have requested two lobster mornays, 21 clam shooters, a child octopus and Corona lagers.
Peck, who performs under the name 2pec, is blamed for coming up short on the eatery without paying, then rushing into the ocean to keep away from catch.
Lifeguards took two cops out on stream skis to seek after Peck and, when he declined to come back to land, they captured him the water.
At a hearing at Southport judges court on Monday Peck was accused of taking and two tallies of truly attacking a cop.
Peck claims he cleared out the eatery as he’d gotten a telephone call from a companion revealing to him she had started giving birth on the shoreline, and he was surging down to offer assistance.
